Hey, I just changed my spark plug so I know the routine. You need to disconnect the black hoses by squeezing the metal clamp and carefully pulling it off the petcock. I disconnected the smaller tube on the which runs accross to the other side but pulling it off its right side connection point. You don't need to unplug the wire harness, just lift up on the bottom of the tank and then slide the tank foreward and it should release from the frame. the spark plug is located straight down in the engine. you need to use the long spark plug wrench in your tool box to get to it.
